Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a strong, dynamic style of yoga where the breath is linked with the movement to create a flowing dance like practice. A dedicated practitioner will become strong, supple, focused, calm and grounded. The class is suitable for all levels but please note this can be a challenging class depending on your level of fitness and is not suitable for pregnancy, prior to 3 months postnatal or those recoving from illness.
Time: Tuesdays 8pm - 9.30pm.
Wednesday 10am - 11am. Cost: Tuesdays £10 drop in or buy a class card of 8 classes for £60 (£7.50 per class). Wednesday £8 drop in or a class card of 8 for £48 (6 per class). Class cards must be used within 3 months.
Term Dates: No classes from 26th July - 6th Aug. No Weds class through August. Tuesday evening class resumes on Aug 10th onwards. Wednesday morning class resumes on the 8th September.
You can join the class at any point during the term, space permitting. All classes are held at the Camden Centre, Market Square, Tunbridge Wells. Private tuition is also available: £45 for 1hr 15mins, within 20 mins of Tunbridge Wells.
All equipment is provided. It is not advisable to practice yoga on a full stomach or to drink water during the class. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Yoga is done with bare feet.
