These cleanse and realign the body, bringing strength, stamina, poise, insight, focus, clarity and health to mind, body and spirit. Mysore Style - Tuesdays 8pm - 9.30pm - The class is structured to assist the students in memorising the sequence of postures. This method offers personalised attention in a group environment. It is suitable for those who have attended a number of the Thursday classes or already have previous experience of Ashtanga. Teacher Led Primary Series - Thursdays 8.15pm - 9.45pm - You are led through a portion of the sequence as a group with detailed information about the postures. This class is suitable for complete beginners. |
